Is this fraud ?Does what it is suposed to

Purchased as photo displayed on Amazon was by a known manufacturer even though the price was double that of others listed. The item arrived completely devoid of any branding or trade marks.Whilst a thermostat is a thermostat and very unhappy that the item supplied was NOT as shown on Amazon or any other manufacturer for that matter
