For context, I'm a Transgender woman who has been on HRT for 10 years and had Laser hair removal on my face, so my facial hair is thinner than it was (Extremely coarse before), but still quite coarse compared to cis women. I shave every other day on my face and legs, and shave my face against the grain, so I NEED a good razor that I can use fresh razors with very frequently. Pros: Full length and weighty handle, feels very premium! Swapping out razors is fairly easy for someone without any disability or dexterity issues and the ability to customize how many razors you want is really outstanding. You can even snap typical razors in half to use, so you could really use a fresh razor every time for a fraction of the cost of a cartridge. The rotation of the head of the razor is very smooth, has a little bit of force behind it, but seems to be tuned very precisely to not 'snap back' into place with any risk of nicks or cuts. For someone who is NOT a fan of safety razors because they don't have that rotating action of a cartridge disposable razor, This really is the best of both worlds, which makes it excellent for shaving faces, legs, arms, body, etc. Cons: The price is a bit steep, but to be honest it's worth the price if you shave frequently. There isn't much grip at all on the handle, so the silicone grip is pretty much required for me. The only grip without the silicone addon is some small divets on the underside of the handle which frankly isn't enough. The silicone grip eliminates this issue entirely though. actual shaving face of the razor (The part above where the sharp edges of the razors are) is a bit larger than most razors, making shaving under the nose a bit more difficult, and I don't have a particularly large nose. It took a few practice tries to successfully shave under my nose, and found it was easiest to do very very small short strokes while bending my nose to one side.
