Understanding the U.S. Health Services System, Fourth Edition (Aupha/Hap Book)

Rented this book because it was required for a class. The writing is super-dense and difficult to understand. It needs to be updated with information on the Affordable Care Act. If the writing style stays the same, I probably wouldn't recommend an updated version either.

This book has a lot of information in it. Somewhat difficult to find if you are doing an open book test so I suggest you have a system on how to find things. But it was informative and the colors were easy to see. Lots of graphs. I got an A in the class.

A great textbook to develop a deeper understanding of the U.S. Healthcare system.

Great Book!

Needs updating. Most recent version was published in 2010 and too much has changed since then. However, clearly written and provides good background info.

Bought it for grad level school work. It’s easy to read and fills in lots of fundamental health care info.
