Kicko Toys - 48 pack mini putty with glitter (for ages 3+)

As others have said, the individual containers were small - but that was fine, as we'd expected that. Perfect for goodie bags for a class party - not too much putty that kids could make a huge mess at home, but enough that the kids were excited and happy to receive them. A good consistency - not too slippery or sticky, and the kids liked the colors. They arrived exactly as ordered, 48 in a pack. None were crushed or open. A great value for the money! I'd buy these again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this product! I did a career day presentation for a kindergarten class and used these as a part of a “stress kit” that I gave to each kid to practice self soothing skills. The kit contained putty, bubbles and “worry hearts”. The kids were taught that they could squeeze, pull and manipulate the putty when they are angry instead of acting out. This putty was perfect!Likes:Size - I really liked the portion size! It was a perfect amount for little hands. And since the container is so small it could be carried around which is useful for children that struggle with managing their behavior.Quality - I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the putty! Before I used it in the bags, I squeezed it and pulled it to see if it would crumble or break into little pieces. And it held up! This was important because I didn’t want to send kids home with putty that was going to easily end up stuck in carpets or anything.Texture - The texture is great. It doesn’t feel like the old school putty that I was expecting. I don’t know what to compare it to but it is perfect for what I needed. It feels slightly wet when you take it out but that goes away the more you start to play with it. I was concerned that I would get putty that had more of a goopy, slimy texture so I was happy to see that this putty does not feel like that.Colors - I really liked the variety of colors and the glitter. The kids really liked it too.Dislikes - I only have one and it is really minuscule. I am only adding it to inform people. When you play with it, some of the glitter does come off on your hand. I only barely noticed it. And for me it doesn’t really take away from the product. And this is coming from someone that detests glitter.

I ordered these to use as favors for my son's 5th birthday party. They were a HUGE hit! They're the perfect amount of putty to occupy a child that age and the colors are fun. The containers are hard to open, even for an adult but I don't consider that a negative as I like to make sure my children are supervised when playing with such items. I was able to use the leftovers to stuff Easter eggs and plan to order another batch to give out for Halloween in lieu of candy.

If you like putty, you will like this glitter putty. Our first grade class had fun playing with the putty. It comes in several colors such as blue, yellow, green, orange, pink and purple. It is not messy and it is a good stress reliever. The top was hard for kids to open. Some kids even used their teeth to try to open the little jar! Some of the putty got hard after a few days. Overall we liked the putty and we hope you enjoy it too.

I just have to say that I greatly appreciate the size and quantity of these little jars of slime. They were just what I was looking for! Every school year, I create Birthday Bottles for my students and I search products that my students will want and that are of a certain size, in order to accommodate the bottle they are gifted in. These little jars for the bill perfectly! As for the slime itself… it’s cool and smooshy, but not sticky or smelly, which makes it absolutely perfect! I even did a carpet test… I was able to drop it on the carpet and pick it back up, rinse it off, shake off the water, and I could still play with it. Now how can you beat that?!! The little jars are sealed well and they don’t leak (if you look at my images… you’ll see them configured every which way when they get shoved into the Birthday Bottles… and there is no leaking. Not only do these make great party favors, but they are so affordable… I purchased enough to keep them on hand for kiddos that just need something to fidget with. They’re the perfect size! Not too much so as to make a mess, but just the right size to squeeze and smoosh. If you’re a parent, these little jars are super portable and would make easy to keep on hand, so that you can entertain your children just about anywhere (grocery shopping, doctor’s offices, just about any place without toys). With the quantity you get for the price… they are super inexpensive. You can’t buy the supplies and little containers to make your own slime any cheaper than this. Save yourself the hassle and expense and just buy these adorable little pre-made slimes! I’ll definitely be ordering more!

My son (8yrs old) has sensory issues, and I purchased this pack along with Aaron's thinking putty. Mostly because Arron's was so pricey. So we bought both. Anyway I love the fact that we got so many small putties. They fit perfectly in my son's hand and pocket. They are a great alternative to the Aaron's putty. And I will purchase them again. Here's the thing. They are small but that is what was needed and one putty can last for about 5 hours of continued play. (I know because I stole one from my son and played with it on the drive to a doctor's appointment and back home) Then it starts to dry out. They come in bright colors and my son loved them. He enjoyed the texture of them and he liked that he could get them to make "fart" sounds. I don't recommend as a gift. But I do recommend as an alternative to other putty. Because my son loses putty these are great to keep on stock. We buy him a few Aaron's putty a month and the rest the time he uses these. We keep a few in the car and in my purse and some in the house. I have trouble opening them, my son doesn't. Maybe it's his fingers being so small. But yes I would give these a try for a child who uses putty as a coping mechanism.
