I’m impressed by this epilator. The tweezers do a solid job of plucking even fine hairs, and the shaver and callus remover heads work well too. Battery life is great; I got about 5 full uses (both legs) before needing to recharge. It even comes with a tiny cleaning brush, which is super convenient. Definitely worth it if you deal with ingrown hairs from shaving or dislike waxing. That said, compared to Braun, this does require going over the same area a few times to get everything. Overall, though, a very good product for the price.

I use an epilator weekly for my neck and chin. I've done this for more than a decade. I don't really epilate any other part because I have thick coarse hair and epilating my legs will just be torture. I have a travel epilator that is battery operated and it runs slow when the battery is low. So I was skeptical about trying a wireless one when my main epilator broke. The quality of this one looked good in the videos and so I decided to try it. So glad I did! Hoping it will last me a decade or longer. I bought an Epilady just before this, which broke apart within a few months. Bad quality. I had a Revlon (base level) epilator before that, which lasted me for almost a decade. Good device, but just wanted a change. I've had this VOYOR epilator for almost a year now. Good quality and ergonomic. It's easy to switch out the heads, and the part that attaches the head to the device seems sturdy. The battery life is good. The light is a plus. It comes with a guide for beginners or small areas, which I don't use. Cleaning is easy, since everything is waterproof, and it comes with a little brush. I get hard calluses on my feet, so the callus remover head is great to use for maintenance, in between pedicures. It's definitely easier than doing it manually. I've not used the shaver head, but I don't see why it wouldn't work as intended. CONS: - The power button is very sensitive. It's very easy to accidentally turn it on while cleaning or switching out the heads. - The dead skin powder flies everywhere when using the callus remover. I'm just breathing it in. So, use it in a place where you can clean up easily and wear a mask. If someone can come up with a better design for the callus remover, that'd be great.

UPDATE: First of all, customer service is amazing. They reached to me in less than 24 hours of my review and replaced my epilator with NO CHARGE. It arrived super fast, and it’s as amazing as the old one :) definitely 10/10 It was amazing and loved the 3 in 1 function as it was really useful. But 6 months in and the charging cable stopped working properly, I had to tweak it a little bit to work. Now, almost a year later its charging station is not working, this is the second epilator I’ve bought in my life. The first one lasted almost 10 years so it’s a little disappointing that this one only works for a few months. But when it works it’s amaziiiiiing, so it’s up to you at this point…

Very good, does the jobs, have 3 levels and is totally worth it

J’ai eu plusieurs epilateurs au cours des dernières années et je peux affirmer qu’il est il meilleur! Certes, pas très puissant, il faut parfois repasser plusieurs fois sur une zone, mais il ne m’a jamais pincé ou irrité la peau. La prise en main est super pratique, c’est la première fois qu’un epilateur est si pratique pour moi! Plus, il permet aussi de faire rasoir et une petite râpe pour les pieds, ce que j’apprécie. Je le recommande !

I bought this epilator around the start of may, so I am talking with a few months and a full summer of experience: it's simply a very nice product. It works great, it's very nice to hold and doesn't weigh too much, the led isn't the strongest but it's just perfect to see better the hairs, and i've mainly used the epilating head but the other heads work great too. It's very easy to remove and clean or swap the head parts for the different functions. Oh and it has a surprisingly great battery! I can say i've used it more tha twice without the need to recharge. I had a little problem with the epilating head on my first buy, contacted customer support with very low expectations, but they answered right away, kept in touch, and in less than a week i had a new working epilator. If you're interested in the details of the epilator head, i've used multiple in years, i can say it is not the strongest, maybe you have to pass twice through some zones, but it doesn't break hair, it doesn't pull skin (some with big tongues may prick the skin), it has two very nice speeds, and maybe because it's a bit less aggressive it hurts a bit less than others. Overall it is a great product, epecially in the actual epilator market and with its price, and i can say i'm grateful for their customer support, who were very nice.
