It is a nice headset. But keep in mind, only for pc use. Dts x is different from 7.1 in that the first one is software based and later is hardware based. Even though it has dts x, which is regarded as better than 7.1 surround, for phones dts x is not supported which makes it a conventional surround headphones. So if you're buying it to play games on phone, I'll recommend you buy a 7.1 surround headphones. For PC, you can definitely go with these.They are comfortable and sit on the ear right. Even though it has a bit of weight in it, it doesn't affect you're gaming sessions that much.The mic is great and has a flip to mute function too! It also has active noise cancellation which is very effective.The battery backup is very good. Without the lights on, they last more than a week without charging and using them for more than 3 hours everyday.The rgb lights can be controlled with the jbl app only and that too on pc.Connectivity is good with a 2.4 ghz dongle, bluetooth and an aux cable too! The usb c cable is only for charging. Also you have the ability to connect to 2 devices simultaneously, like through the dongle with pc and through bluetooth with phone. This way you'll never miss your calls during your gaming sessions!Even though they're a bit expensive, but are full of features. So if you're a pc gamer and looking for wireless headphones, this could be a good option to consider.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome Headphones, I use for office purpose, cool lighting, your voice is captured like FM radio like quality and gives immense pleasure to hear from other participants during the meetings. All background noises are eliminated when talking to others during the Whatsapp / Teams / Zoom calls.

Good for gaming or movies. Sound is a bit on the lower side. Not for music lovers.

I was apprehensive about using the JBL software since people reported volume issues when the software is installed. But I didn't face any such issues. I'm guessing they cleared the bug with updates. The audio is not audiophile level but it's good. Didn't face any issues with the mic. The battery also lasts longer when you have disabled the lights and ANC.The only con I felt is that the mic is non-detachable.

Avoid buying from clicktech retail pvt ltd as much as possible. It's them every single time. Delivered unboxed and used item. Connected with amazon customer care and they are asking me to go to service center and replace the product which is not at all acceptable. Why should we go to service center if it's the mistake from seller and amazonComing to the sound quality of the headset, its trash not at all clear and not at all loud enough. The aux works fine but the volume from bluetooth and 2.4 ghz dongle are too low and sounds worst compared to aux. spatial sound is a gimmick.There are so many options available in this budget. Don't waste your money. You cant use it for gaming nor music. Check the return policy, they dont take the return or replace the product. Your money will be wasted.

This headset is one of the best headset for playing bgmi (device : ipad pro), no sound lag or footstep delay, and game sound is very nice. No sound dimming when turning on mic etc..

While the entire headphones feel well built and Premium.•The comfort is a solid 10/10 according to my preferences that is. I prefer headphones with a good grip to the head and Ear so that they don't fall out.•The earcups lare, Soft and Quickly take the shaoe of your head. They completely fit over your ears so they feel really comfortable and have a reasonable depth so that your ears do not touch the driver.•The Headphones might be a little overwhelming to people who have never bought premium headphones or Such type of headphones as the Controlls might get some getting used to, but once that's done, It's pretty easy to use.•The headphones pair almost instantly once the dongle is plugged in the PC/ laptop and can switch from Dongle connection to Direct bluetooth connection which easily connests to any bluetooth enabled device like, plone, tabs, laptops, PSP etc (!!!what ever supports bluetooth connection!!!)•These are the only Gaming headphones that come with Noise cancellation in this price range. But for some reason they did not have a replacement so they just refunded me the same amount I bought it for.Now that these headphones have gone up in price, I am unable to buy them for my previous price.Good headphones, Not so good service
