This is a fantastic meat alternative especially for vegan chicken dishes. It does take a bit of research to figure out how to use it to veganise a dish. Otherwise it's a good and tasty product, though it is a bit pricey.

I bought this after seeing the recipe from Mississippi Vegan. I was not familiar with them and I knew I had to try them so ordered a bag. This is the most delicious tofu I've ever had. Maybe it's just thanks to the recipe so definitely look it up if you're not sure what to do with these.I made the whole bag with the marinade from The MV recipe. I'm only feeding myself so I had so much which was great because I like to prepare big batches and cook less often, The next time I will make half a bag at a time just so it's easier to handle. I fried a little at a time in olive oil and it came out as amazing as the recipe looked. I kept some pre-fried in the refrigerator and some in the freezer and just added to my various veggie and rice bowls that I make. I will definitely be buying more.
