Great product, reduces wireing clutter and saves on power supplies.
This is a great product, It's most useful for cameras and other low power devices, it spreads the load from a POE port on your switch, saving both cabling and ports. It's completely transparent and works perfectly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price is great. I use them to split poe camera lines to add a camera without having to pull a new line.

Gigabit POE switch with 3 POE outputs by Nicgiga, very compact size
The small 3 Gigabit power over ethernet port switch by Nicgiga is made in PRC (china). I tested this small POE switch at the end of a 70 meter CAT6 run, and I was able to get full gigabit speed negotiated at both ends. I use the normal mode since I do not need the VLAN separation. The 250 meter mode limits the negotiated speed to 100Mbps. I was able to get 18 watts out of port one and daisy chain another POE switch for another 33 meter run (with gigabit speed negotiated end-to-end). I am not familiar with the Nicgiga brand, so I am not able to talk about durability. The description mentions 4kv lightning protection, and I do use this on an outdoor run, so I am curious to see how hardy this little switch will be. 4 stars

Works fine
Works as advertised There is a deceptive ON/OFF switch on the front, you will want it OFF in most cases. It's for port isolation, ON disables data traffic to/from the POE-in port

The product isn't working. I tried connecting it to a CCTV camera, but it won't connect.

die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Port Isolierung (dadurch können die Ports untereinander nicht kommunizieren) ist mittels on/off schalter deaktivierbar. Damit auch bei komplexeren Vernetzungen keine Restriktionen. WIe erwähnt ist es kein Switch , aber getaggte Vlans werden nicht geblockt. Funktioniert daher auch mit Accesspoint die mehrere SSIDs über verschiedenen Vlans anbieten.

La idea es buena pero he comprado 7 unidades y se ha vuelto inservibles 4 unidades en menos de 1 mes. Esto ocurre cuando hay alguna falla electrica y al volver a conectarse, simpleme te se funden. Ha pasado con dos marcas distintas de switches POE y en distintos eventos, simplemente no funcionan.

Ottimo prodotto, fa il suo lavoro. Praticamente è un mini switch con poe in e poe out. Con l'aggiunta di appositi splitter si possono alimentare tutti i dispositivi di rete con Power over ethernet

I attached 3 PoE CCTV cameras over 100ft CAT5e cables to the thing and it worked
