All together this is a pretty good inverter. It is bigger than it looks and kind of heavy too which I suppose is a good sign. It seems like a quality build in that everything is put together tightly and neatly. It had no problem powering some larger items that I have. Eventually I'll be using this with solar panels. As far as the remote control goes, I haven't quite figured out how to use that yet. When I press the power button on the remote to turn the unit off, the screen remains on even though the rest of it seems off. This actually consumes energy so I'm really not quite sure if I'm doing something wrong or if the remote is just designed to work that way. I suppose I'll figure that out over time.

I used this on a solar backup generator. It works great!

Love it. Installed on the passenger side dash board with 0g cable 5' from the main battery. Ran a compressor and shop vac at the same time to test it, inverter had no issue. My alternator and battery were strained at that point (vehicle running), but it ran them. I wouldn't hesitate to run a table saw or miter saw if needed. Great for me as an option if I needed to run some tools when power was unavailable. Reccomend!

I've had it up and running for a few days now (12/05/2024) and it seems to handle all my electrical needs so far. I tested it's sine wave output and it's not a 100% clean 60hz signal but darn close.I may update the review in a few months.For now, only 4 stars for it not having a true 100% pure sine wave output.

May 31st 2025 Received invertor. Invertor DID NOT WORK PROPERLY.Contacted Amazon right away, had to go through this chat. One person couldn't help transferred to another, transferred to another, this keep on going until the last cut me off in the middle of my response. I thought that was rude.June 04, 2025 Before I got cut off explaining it appears ordering products from Amazon is getting more expensive than the product itself along with the hassles trying to return items especially when a person is paying a membership fee or what ever you want to call it.We have ordered several thousands of dollars from Amazon through the years. We have been off the grit for over a decade using different invertors trying to find a good one, some just don't work (put out electricity) having to be returned. This is the third (3rd) invertor that didn't work. The outside of the invertor appeared to be built well, bigger terminals with a remote that appears to work at a distance of over 300 ft.There must be a quality control product inspection problem at the factory.Apparently the return policies are becoming difficult. The last one cost us close to $74.00 to ship it back to Amazon. All we want to do exchange it for a good working one or return our money. It appears this maybe a future on going situations. Amazon your help in this matter would be appreciated .June 7th 2025Evidently getting a response from company and/or Amazon is becoming difficult. I'm at the point I just want my money back.The other inverter I shipped to Amazon, Amazon has received it, but I have not received my money as of this day.

10 months of near constant use and still going strong.

Recently upgraded the solar setup on my large shed from 100ah batteries with plug-in only inverter to this inverter with 450ah. The hard wire feature is exactly what I was looking for because I had wired a service panel for this shed but only for rigged for generator input, so 99% of the time I was relying on extension cords from the plugin inverter to use solar, which wasn't ideal. Being able to hard wire this inverter to a cam switch to run either solar or generator to the panel has been something I wish I invested in initially and now it's just as good as spending $5,000k+ to run power from my house all the way out to it.I have not noticed any hiccups for power demands on any of the appliances I've tested on it. Runs a fridge, lights, drill press, even an 1800W microwave very well and appears to be pure sine wave as advertised, no buzzing coming from anything.I don't notice any draw on the batteries while it's at idle so the parasitic loss just have this on is very low, which is great. I couldn't get the remote FOB to connect to the remote panel but that's a feature I honestly don't need and am happy to be without, but for someone that needs the ability to remotely see the status and turn off/on like in an RV, this might be a consideration.Otherwise I'm extremely happy with this 2000W inverter, it's exceeding my expectations for the price.
