Always works well. Gives an all over cover. I like the creme conditioner included and the wipes to remove any excess from the face are handy. The gloves work properly. Worth the money. Gives a shimmery effect to the hair.

Lovely colour and very easy to apply good quality and I am happy first when I apply looks like very dark colour but ofter few wash looking so gorgeous I am happy.

Bought the blonde 9.0 with icy shade shot, which supposedly removes all brassy tones. It does not. My natural light brown hair turned a yellow ginger colour. There are no tones, it’s a solid colour all over which looks completely unnatural, almost cartoonish. My hair also feels damaged and brittle after using this product. Would not recommend. Use a recognised brand over this.

I’ve used this shade twice now, I love the coverage and shade. The Smokey shot just made my hair darker, black almost, so I don’t think I’ll try that again. Hair is in good condition. The sachet of conditioner is great, I have shot hair and you don’t need much so it lasts. One of the best things about this box colour are the gloves, like the ones they use at the hairdressers, it makes all the difference with the application.

Did not receive shade shot in parcel only haircolour was bought as a bundle. hair colour returned, disappointed.

The colour corrector came pierced! When I opened the tube the colour of the corrector was red because it was oxidized and it was very lumpy. Would not recommend it. Waste of money
