Very helpful for muscle cramps and heart health

I suffered from brutal thigh cramps several times a week. Tried other forms of Magnesium with no relief . Tried PT. This is the one that works I have had 2 episodes since August it is now January.

Pretty good magnesium. There's so many brands that there it's hard to determine what's good, but Nutri cost is pretty good for the price.

Seems to be a quality supplement. Tends to be the case with most nutricost products. I have ordered various products that they offer and so far have had issues with none of them.

This product is great. I take it a couple hours before bed with magnesium glycinate. It makes me feel relaxed so when I go to bed I fall asleep fast. I definitely recommend this product.
