Light, Portable Speaker, Pretty Good Overall
Nice little speaker, compact, easy to carry, and the sound is decent for its size. The battery lasts long enough for casual listening, and setting it up via Bluetooth is painless. Good for small rooms, travel, or casual music & podcasts.

Nice speaker - not Alexa compatible
I like the speaker, good sound and love the lights. I was surprised that it was not compatible with Alexa. I didn't realize that I needed to look for that specific function. So it's nice, but didn't meet all of my needs. However for the value, I'll keep and connect with my phone.

Slick with the new BT.
Rating the clear sided speaker. Nice size, a perfect handful. About the size of the jars of face cream the ladies always have. Half a skinny coffee cup. Sound: Decent for the $. Not for the club, but for home use it's fine. Bass is about as good as stock Samsung TV built in sound. When linking two in stereo, it's a serious upgrade. The link delay is imperceptible and comes off as a touch of reverb. Adds depth. If you put them on the table in front of you 3-4ft apart and play someone talking, you'd swear the sound was coming from the table dead center. Freaky. Not for classical or metal enjoyment, but great for podcasts, TV, and garage/workshop jams. Look: Fun lighting, wish the programmer made the light status static, but it starts ON at theme #1 every time. With a couple taps you can change the motion or choose a solid color, making them perfect for tunes around the table looking like candles. Good travel option for tunes on the patio at the rental/hotel. BT5.3: Good new stereo feature as mentioned, easy pairing/repairing. Unless I'm missing something, switching hosts still requires shutting off the last one paired. Maybe in BT5.4 they'll give us a "unpair and grab the next offer" function. Battery life: Paired in stereo with lights on, they went 4hrs of TV at half volume before the first one went dark. Lights off should add a bit, and solo play should add a bit more. Happy with the purchase x2, may get another pair as a gift. (p.s. To be clear, they don't come in pairs.)

Small speaker, great sound
I had the Lenrue A2 speaker for several years before it finally broke (my dog knocked it off the counter), so I was looking to replace it. Knowing I loved my Lenrue A2, and I like color-flowing lights, I decided to upgrade to this version. Price was amazing, so I was a little unsure if the A64 was going to be as good as my A2s. Well, it met & exceeded my expectations! The sound is great for bebopping through the house listening to music. Connecting to the speaker was a snap. The lights are great. I haven’t played with them much, because I like the color-flow that it has at the beginning. I have an open floor plan 1750 sq ft house & with my iPhone connected at 1/4 (or less) volume I can hear my music throughout the house. My only question now is if the A64 will last like my A2 did. If so, this is the best upgrade ever!

Small but loud
NOT A PAID REVIEW.... I got this for my shower concerts and for listening to my audible books while cleaning. It is loud, the bass is good, and the colors are cute. It paired with multiple devices with ease. My only con is that the battery life isn't very long but for the price you really can't beat it. Yes it is worth it for home but I wouldn't recommend for event if you need a long lasting battery unless you have a plug nearby.

Poor choice for audio book listening
November 2011 The seller promised to address my issue. Since they haven't, my original comments remain valid. and I've reinstated the one star rating. October 2011: It took two months, but we have heard back from the seller who promised that they were looking into the complaints we were having. As noted below, we exclusively use the speaker to listen to books. Our problems would not have affected music enjoyment. So, while this is a "5 Star" speaker for music, we knocked off 1 star due to our problems with portions of book listening. August 2011: We enjoy listening to books while hiking and thought we'd be very happy with the Lenrue F9 speaker. However, we finally learned that either the Lenrue F9 speaker or its connection clipped the beginning of each sentence (which followed a normal pause in the rate of speaking) and and also distorted the words spoken, even if we reduced the volume. (At least it was not our getting older that made it hard to understand the audio book.) To determine if the problem was due to our phone or the Lenrue F9 speaker, we turned up the volume on our phone - and listened to it without the Lenrue F9 speaker turned. Listening directly from the Android phone,, both problems disappeared. Otherwise, if we could hear what was being spoken, the Lenrue F9 speaker appeared to be of a high quality and linked quickly to our phones. Much better than a several year older speaker which we had been using previously but that had succumbed to an aging battery. Interestingly, we never had the clarity issues with the same phone while using the previous Bluetooth speaker. If we hear from the vendor, we will update this review. But at the moment it is unsuitable for people who might be using the Lenrue F9 speaker for enjoying anything which requires the clarity of the spoken word.

Very powerful speaker - great for the office- charge stinks !
Update ! The charge sucks!. I have had it on since 9am ... currently 11:30 and it has died. I have to keep it on charge just to keep listening BOoooooo Great value for my money. Works awesome! Charge speed is little slow. I have to keep it on charge, cute and phone connected right to it !
