I'd been looking at different hoops for a while - and this was cheaper and quicker to arrive than any temu or tiktokshop option. It's also quieter than other hoops i've seen. Links are very easy to take in and out, easy to adjust weight. Goes around smoothly. Very sturdy little hoop! I am a size 12-14, and i used 12-14 of the links. It's fun, but very hard work to get the hang of, but that's a learn to play issues. Thank you so much! I didn't expect such a great item for the price. Highly recommend

I wasn't expecting much for it being £6.99 but wow! Cheaper than my last one but possibly better made. It's fantastic quality and even counts the spins, calories, time etc which my last one didn't do! It's very quiet, easy and fun to use, you just need some space and time! I love it being the colour orange as most are pink which is a colour I really don't like! Fantastic, easy to put together and overall, I think will really help to support my weight loss and muscle building! Very very impressed :)

Ordered this late last night and it arrived by lunch time today, very fast delivery! I was really surprised how good quality it was considering it was only £7. It comes with a waist belt and a cooling towel. Was very easy to put together and I got the hang of it after a few minutes when using. Only giving 4 stars as I haven’t used it long term but so far I’m very impressed. The weight belt is an amazing add as without it it would pinch even over a t shirt. The weight ball has a counter attached which shows you, timing, reps and calories burnt. Looking forward to using this regularly

2nd Hoop i purchased. First one was of a different brand and cost £16 so i thought id give this one a go. It will work as expected but hoop is definitely poorer quality than the more expensive one, not as chunky and thinner plastic and the weighted ball isn't as heavy. I'm sure it will do the same though and possibly I've expected too much for what it cost

Was sceptical but I managed to use this hoop for 30 mins and burn 155 calories. It stopped spinning a few times when I got tired and lost my technique and it works better for me having it a bit too big so it spins more round my lower waist than tight round my middle with the belt but I'm very pleased with the price, quality and how easy it is to use.

0 stars!! On using this item the ball came out of its railings and smashed a mirror. The hoop isn’t cracked or damaged but somehow this thing came apart and it could have been a lot worse than a mirror! The ball part is pretty heavy especially travelling at speed through the bedroom. Not impressed at all!

A great fun item. I'm not sure I believe the hype in terms of it's claim that it tones your core and is an effective weight loss tool, as you'd need to use it very regularly for a long period of time to achieve that, it it is very hard work. It will burn calories, but again you'd need to use it for quite a while to make any impact. My great niece loves playing with it, to the extent her grandma has now bought her one. The links are very easy to adjust/ remove so it can be used by both children and adults.

Hab mir das Teil bestellt, da ich mal eine andere Art des Hula Hoop ausprobieren wollte, außerdem will ich abnehmen und gleichzeitig die Figur formen. Der Zusammenbau ist ganz einfach und schnell erledigt. Nicht unangenehm laut, hab den Fernseher nur eine Spur lauter gedreht. Nachdem ich so viele Hula Hoop in jeder Preisklasse verglichen hatte, hab ich mich am Ende für diesen entschieden. Super Preis für eine tolle Performance. Der beigefügte Gürtel zum Trainieren ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!!!!
