Sturdy and solid stand for my desk microphone. It's heavy base prevents my mic from moving about and clamps it strongly. You pay a hefty price for a quality product. Worth every penny.

These are high quality and look very nice on your desk. There's also a lot of adjustability and the base is very sturdy. However, these are not made to travel so they do not fold down easily. In fact, you have to unscrew the arm entirely to make them compact. If you're not taking them anywhere, they're fantastic.

It is a nice handy size when it is down at small size but if I need to make it taller it gives me the choice to make it bigger. It also helps with cable management as it has two clips that you can add your wire to and that is a nice little feature. It has good weight to it so it will not fall over and is very sturdy. Overall a fantastic product and would recommend for anyone wanting a stand that is sturdy, small and good value for money. This is a lot more sturdy than the previous stand I had and this stand is just more useful than an arm stand

I own the previous version of the this stand and agree with other reviews that its single failing is the 3 rubber feet at the base, which causes significant instability. It wobbles with the slightest push and although it won't fall over without more force, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence. This might beg the question as to why I would purchase a second (actually, I was given the first), but I was at a friend's house and was examining what appeared to be the same model. I was surprised (and impressed) to see that the 3 feet had been replaced by a continuous rubber ring around the base, which makes all the difference. I wouldn't have recommended it before, but it's now a solid piece of kit which definitely works for me. Not saying that other more economical models don't do the job, but this is definitely an improvement on previous models. Oh, and I've just noticed that I had to rate the 'Lightweight' feature of the stand which seems a bit odd. The currrent weight is fine for my mic setup (at full extension), but any lighter and there would be issues. A bit of weight is a necessity.

Solid, well-made desk arm with a surprisingly heavy base that keeps it very stable. Took only a few minutes to set up and adjusting the arm is straightforward. My microphone stays exactly where I put it, with no movement once tightened. Clean design and feels like a quality product. Very happy with the purchase.

Please check the picture, working great for Razer Seiren X, no adapter is needed! Super stable and heavy as well!

A well built mic stand which one would expect from RODE. However, for a desk stand I thought it was rather tall, especially once you've stuck your mic on it! Im using a RODE PodCaster and I have to sit 'very' upright to make sure my mouth is in the right position (im over 6 foot tall). This is a minor issue if you have an adjustable chair etc..

The product is amazing but my only problem is that the lowest height is higher than the height desired when an average 6 ft tall is seated on the chair with the mic hooked to the stand placed on an average height study table. So be mindful of it - However, the height is good for placing it on a coffee table while seated on a couch in front

Recensione: Il RODE DS1 mi ha sorpreso per quanto sia solido. La base è pesante e stabile, non oscilla e regge senza problemi anche microfoni di peso rilevante. Costruzione robusta, altezza regolabile e zero vibrazioni. Un supporto da tavolo affidabile e di qualità.

Resistente, um pouco pesado mas indica a boa construção, sustentando o microfone confortavelmente. Ideal para ter na secretária. Estou muito contente com o produto.
