I washed the sheets and pillow case before using and they came out of the dryer very nicely and not wrinkled. I think the comforter is a bit lighter than the one I bought for my husbands hospital bed, which is okay as I tend to get hot when I sleep. I liked the weight of it, not super heavy. The two color is nice, I got the navy to match my husbands but I like having the lighter blue sheets and the option to flip the conferrer over to the light side. I think this set was well priced. When I opened the box I thought it was a set of sheets as it was so compressed but as soon as I opened the packaging it began to expand to normal thickness. This set would be good for a dorm room or as I am older adult going through lifes changes.
