Best "knock-around" pants to wear

These jogger pants are perfect for what I was seeking - and that was something to wear around the house when I get home from work and need to get out of my suit. Lightweight, comfortable and easy to maintain. Not to mention they are more affordable than others I have worn in the past - Nike, Adidas, Columbia, etc.

Liked them at first, great for exercising. However, after 3 or 4 washings, the pant is covered in pill balls. Now they’re suitable for sloppy work like painting or tarring the roof of the license plate factory…
