I have the ginger variety. I take one at night or one in the morning and maybe mid day. They settle the stomach and dull my appetite. If fasting there is no fasting breath. Take it with a good amount of water to make sure it goes all the way down or else it gives the feeling of reflux.

These work great! I usually take 1 unless it’s a heavy meal with a lot of spices then I’ll take 2. Really gets the job done, helps tremendously with bad breath from stomach. I got the ginger ones, next time I’ll try the peppermint. Will buy again.

Ate garlic. Wife didn’t like my breath. Ate 2 of these didn’t work at all
