Effectiveness: I was always curious about seamoss and the benefits it has. I recently purchased this product and this is my very first seamoss purchase compare to others. Granted it does taste good and it's easy to digest. But within just a couple days of use, I realize the effects, came very strong. Highly recommend taking it in the morning not at night, it will keep you up and on empty stomach. I got so much energy, and I've recently being going to the bathroom to take the number 2 at least 3 to 4 times a day. If you like products that is this effective, buy it and try it for yourself.

Right NOW...I'm giving 4....I have been taking this liquid sea moss (dragon fruit) for 2 weeks. The taste is good 👍🏾 Usually when stuff TASTE good ..it's NOT GOOD FOR YOU. I've never taken any other Sea Moss (transparency). When I started taking this I was at the end of a sinus infection....TMI****I am STILL expelling an excessive amount of mucus, 2 weeks later, no other symptoms of the sinus infection, but this cough 😷 that expells mucus. My nails 💅🏾 are definitely growing and much stronger. It just dawned on me last night when trying to make an appointment to make sure nothing is wrong 🤦🏾‍♀️ Could it be the Sea Moss? I sure hope so! I love how this group of supplements support active thyroid function & helps remove heavy metals & toxic mold from my already overworked system. Not sure if I notice the effects like I do other seamoss, but the taste is absolutely wonderful and that's hard with seamoss, but again not sure how much potency I'm getting with drops.
