I bought Vida around 3 months back from Rajdeep auto Ahmedabad. Satisfied with product. Getting around 120-125km mileage. I got limp home issue within one week of purchase. But Rajdeep auto solved this issue promptly thanks for this, after that I never face any issue with scotter. Few minor niggles like water go inside rear boot, few fit and finish issues but it is fine, you can do Jugaad for this. Overall satisfy with Product. Thanks

dislike first, 10 to 100 charging time 7 hours, switch set complaint Left side and right side, BootSpace is not waterproof and you can't put anything inside it that shouldn't get wet during a rainy trip. The center stant makes noise even when it falls in a small gutter. "The rear seat also makes a noise when it falls in the gutter..........liked :head light is good light..range in eco mode is 90 km You can get everything. The front luck is reminiscent of a sport scooter. Most of the climbs can be done in eco mode and one can drive. The handle bar is also a better driving experience.Seating position is also done correctly.

I have purchased the vehicle in 2023 Nov.The vehicle range is okay till now. Suspension is fine tuned much like other hero vehicles.Now the real problem follows...The vehicle should start in two methods. One is by pressing a switch on the vehicle, with key in the vicinity(bag) with in range. Another is through vida app. For my vehicle the vida app is not connecting because of some problem with the Bluetooth in the vehicle. Bluetooth and wifi should connect so that the app works. Bluetooth signal is not available from the vehicle most of the time. So the app is not useful in my case. Service center people are not able to find a solution for this till today. Almost 4 months have passed after the purchase.For the power switch on button in the vehicle, it won't switch on even after multiple attempts on many occasions.Unless the vehicle stats we can not use it. The primary purpose of the vehicle is to reach the destination in it. So by now with multiple failures to start the vehicle,I feel fed up with the vehicle and regret the purchase.I felt that Hero has come out with a half baked product to be in the EV segment. The didn't do much testing before launch of the vehicle. So customers are suffering now.After purchase of vehicle, I have taken the vehicle to the service centre for so many times. But the technicians are not able to rectify the problems.Please avoid purchase of the vehicle or else take risk.

Vehicle performance and road grip is amazing.It has all high end futures with GPS, Bluetooth, Touch screen and Mobile app control, all comes with a reasonable price.Ideally you will get the same futures with high cost in other brands..I'm driving for almost a month now and liked the performance.

A good Scooter for daily commute. No worries about range .It give more than 100 km in hill areas.

I am facing battery issue after 2month twice sent to work shop for repair but no use showing missing battery alert no display vehicle not starting in 15days twice problem faced no proper service last time they took 4days now today same problem no solution

Comes from Hero Motocorp which is the leading bike company in India and can be trusted.I had researched a lot to buy EV scooter and since I stay in Apartment, I opted for Hero Vida V1 and no regrets at all.I got amazing offer and discount thru Amazon with no cost EMI..Thank you Amazon.It has 2 removable batteries and it can also run even with 1 battery. Batteries take approx 7 hours 15 mins to charge. It has a portable charger(any plug point at home) which can be used to charge 1 battery at a time. Batteries weigh 11.2kgs each and can be carried easily.Its been almost 15 months that I am riding my Hero Vida V1 and clocked around 9000km and its giving me 100km range on eco mode and its more than enough to drive in Bangalore traffic. I occasionally switch b/w ride and sport modes when the traffic is empty and need some instant pickup. initially App was not working properly, but now its working fine with few niggles which can be sorted. Front and rear shock absorbers are good. I have driven it in heavy rain, even then it worked fine. Initial pickup is also good.I am done with 3 free services and it costed me nothing apart from installing the footrest.After 3 free services,next service is 1 yr or 15000km interval,unlike other EVs where every 3 months service has to be done.First time I have used a cruise mode(its a boon) on any vehicle and it will give temporary rest for your hand.Gave 1 star less review due to glitch in the touchscreen and it becomes alright after 5 mins.Happy Riding!!

Writing this review after used for 10 months and 10000+ KMs.Before you read full reviews I would say “Plz don’t buy this scooter“ or else you will regret it like many users out there.When it launched I considered it because of the removable batteries. But that is the only plus point.Following are the issues I have faced till now.1. It will suddenly stop on the highway while you are at the speed. And when it stops its speed slows down quickly and that is very risky. Any car or truck can hit you from behind because and it may cause are serious road accident.2. There are many issues with the scooter battery. One battery will discharge rapidly and the second one stays full, but because the first has been discharged, your scooter range will come to 0, and you have to call to roadside assistant or leave the scooter there only I have faced this so, many times.3. Sometime The cruise control button doesn’t work. sometimes it increases or decreases the speed randomly. It can cause this imbalance and you may fall.4. Most of the time, your scooter will get an error “LIMP Home” And it will go off stage. And after pressing the power button, so many times it won’t start.
