I've been using these sleeves for about a month and they do exactly what they're designed to do: they keep cold beverages cold, so that when I go to grab a cold one, I put this on and my cold one stays cold. They're a simple and elegant solution to a real-world problem, provide some uniqueness to your can so that you know which is yours when there are several, and make the can more comfortable to hold, while keeping your hand from warming the beverage. I've also tried these on bottled mineral water, and although they're a bit of a pain to get on due to the greater diameter of the bottle, they still do what I want them to do and are easy to remove.
