I love this belt it feels very sturdy and well built and it fits nicely I also like the variety of colours and sizes it comes in. The Velcro is well-made and doesn’t feel like it will come off. It supports my back well and functions exactly as described. It doesn’t weigh much and it's easy to carry or put in your gym bag

Amazing for back pain

I am coming to this belt from a single-pringed leather one and I think that despite being a textile belt, it offers decent support, the padding is alright. The lock is velcro and is secure, likely not as secure as a double-pronged leather belt or a lever one, but it is secure any way. All-in-all, I think it is quite bang for the buck and would recommend it to someone who has never used a belt before while lifting and wants to feel things out. I switched because I like that it is light and doesn't take as much space in my gym bag, but if you compete in any form, I would recommend a leather one.

Following the instructions, I measured myself around the navel which put me bang in the middle of 'large' territory at 37 inches. What I didn't bargain for was that soft midriff flab squishes down under pressure to the point that I can't tighten the belt enough. Instead, it moves around and rides up, leaving me feeling that I'm wearing a heart monitor or boob tube rather than a belt. I don't doubt the quality, but I'm not going to get any benefit from it and am probably comfortably a medium. Side note: as another reviewer remarked, there was a strong smell on opening the bag, although 24 hours later it has all but gone.

...At least that's what I use it for. And I waited until I trained 2 weeks with it before I left this review. PROS - very easy to tighten and loosen - once tight it offers a lot of support - excellent for heavy lifting but also high volume sets - high quality construction CONS - I think I got the a size too big (I am 176cm / 76kg and ordered M) but it's not that bad Overall I love this thing and it's a huge step up from my "traditional" belt.
