Moleskin for Blisters – Thin Athletic Moleskin Tape for Blister Prevention, 2 in x 16 ft

This is a must have for athletes, hikers, or just hard working people. It works great, stays in place and lasts all day. The amount you get for the price is a great deal. It’s in a nice roll that’s easy to cut to size and wear all day comfortably.

Absolutely must need if your doing any sort of anything involving shoes and blisters. If you think your getting a blister, slap one on. Have a blister, slap one on. Going swimming slap one on. These things are indescribably indestructible and a must need for every purse, backpack, wallet, birthday card and more. The fact you cut your own shapes and sizes and it sticks for days after being submerged in water makes this a must for all graduation gifts. I heard a rumor that it can be used as a bandaid in a pinch just be warned your not going to have hair left when you pull it off. Could be a great alternative to bakini waxing just saying.

This works amazing for almost blisters and actual blisters! The only downside is that you have to cut to size with scissors, which makes it a little impractical to have on the road while you are out and about. On trips clocking over 10,000 steps a day, this has been a lifesaver and I recommend it! Just bring some small scissors wherever you go.

While this tape does an exceptional job at preventing blisters, you have to be very careful when removing it. It sticks to your skin so well that it'll actually peel it off when removing the tape. It is very comfortable while wearing and it fits all shapes since you cut it to fit. If you're expecting blisters, this tape is absolutely worth the hassle you'll experience when removing it.

I hike often and no matter how good of a pair of boots or wool socks I’ve gotten, I still got blisters. This is the perfect solution and has saved my feet on longer hikes. It stays on well.

I walked 75 miles in 6 days without much preparation. I pre-cut sections for the ball of the foot, heel, big toes, and some extras for the outside of the foot by the pinkie toe. It was very comfortable and unnoticeable. I changed them each day. My wife and I did not get a single blister over the entire six days.

Having lot's of problems with fallen arches, my podiatrist showed me how to build up orthotic inserts with the blue adhesive arch supports and met bars which allow me to remain on my feet all day and not be in terrible pain at the end of the day. In the Dr's office, she showed me how to cover the pads with moleskin to keep them in place and make it easy to slide your foot in and out of the shoe. I now build my own up and I cover over the orthotic with this moleskin. If you don't leave a perpendicular seam and run the strips full length on the orthotic and finish up by wrapping over just a bit to the underside, this stuff will stay in place for the life of the orthotic. I am on my feet all day at a hospital, but also do the same thing in my hunting boots and grass cutting boots which I wear for long long periods of time and this moleskin has been extremely durable. It might be a bit more expensive than the cheapy versions, but you need something that will withstand the rigors of being ground on all day long by your fit. I will keep buying this brand as it has been incredible.

This was my fourth moleskin to try, and this one is the best by far. It sticks, it feels nice to walk and train on, and it sticks. Did I mention it sticks? I tried it out doing two hours of kendo training, and while it got rubbed off a little bit and didn't stay precisely over my blister, it did not peel off. All the other moleskins I tried would peel off within the first 5 minutes of training. This lasted probably 20 minutes before it began shifting around, and then stayed on the ball of my foot like a trooper for the remainder of class. It did come off easily in the shower, which was fine, but at least sweat and lots of sliding around didn't make it come off. I give it 5 stars overall because most people are probably not using this for kendo training. For regular training I'm sure it's even better.
