At the self tapping sharp end - a problem occurred for us as the lack of thread at the point end had no grip on that side of narrow pieces of wood that we actually needed to use screws for. Otherwise when using them on larger & thicker pieces - all should be AOK when using these good quality looking screws.

Arrived next day as promised good screws happy

Went through 1" box section steel with some speed and pressure and didn't burn up. Might have just been timber onto metal frame gate but worked great and will last as there stainless steel

Great screws and quality

I used these to mount a wood shelf to a steel frame. I pre-drilled all the holes. The screws went ok into the 2mm wall tubing but would not manage into the 3mm wall tubing. I had to drill these sections a little oversized or the heads would just come off the screws before they were fully home.
