Very easy to use and clean. It was a little hard getting used to placing the chocolate in the mold but once you’re past the learning curve, it’s great. I’d purchase again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love it!

From the pictures I really couldn’t have seen these things that I don’t like now that I have the molds and have used them. They’re not all bad, they’re just not the best they could be. They are a flexible silicone type material that is a little tacky when on a table or if folded onto itself. The wings for the honeybees are sooo deep and thin I wasn’t sure anything was going to release. The honeycomb is really thin but the lines making the hexagon shapes are super thin and deep causing whatever you are molding to crack. The sunflower mold looked okay but cracked when releasing every time. Surprisingly the honeybees stayed together the best. I bought it for the sunflowers mostly so that didn’t help. However I was very happy to have super tiny honeybees that released well. I want to try more ingredients in there and see how I could still use it. I’m thinking I might could mold some fondant with the sunflowers and honeycomb. I do worry about making sure it stays clean over time and repeated use because of the thin and deep crevices. So not the best molds, not super easy to release or clean but the honeybees worked and are precious and it wasn’t very expensive. As someone who loves honeybees and super tiny things I probably would’ve purchased anyway just for those.
