Go with lx or 2lx , China’s large is our small medium in American clothing. Always go two sizes bigger.

Does the skirt have an elastic waistband?

Yes it does. Very comfortable too!

I’m 5’10’’ and about 160ish lbs, what size would work best for me? :)

My son is around the same size. I would order at least a large. They got on the smaller scale.
