But there is so much more benefits from these that it’s tolerable! Minimal calories, zero carbs and high protein and the best most positive thing: they bariatric doctor approved!!!!As I am preparing for bariatric surgery these helped get my protein intake requirements without having to drink a crappy shake. For the cost, it makes me feel my money went further. I definitely recommend keeping them as cold as possible and shake well, at least off and on for a minute.
