I absolutely love this cleansing balm. I have ordered it well over 12 times. It smells good and cleans off the toughest makeup. I also use this to remove waterproof lash cluster glue. Added bonus, it doesn't make my face breakout if I don't wash my face with a cleanser immediately after. It's not too thick like other balms I've used but it's not too thin. It's the perfect consistency. Melts into my hands and my face. If you add water, it does emulsify. I highly recommend this cleansing balm. It's affordable and actually works.

I've tried many cleansing balms recently, all of them more expensive than this. This one is IT. The amount you get for the money, along with the quality, is unmatched, and I just can't justify trying anything else. A little goes a long way, it is nice and soft with no chunks as you melt it down. Removes waterproof mascara with minimal rubbing (I place a little on my lashes while I do the rest of my face, and it comes off so easy when I get back to my eyes), it rinses without stripping or reside. I do not smell like cannabis to me like some reviews, just lemony and herbal. I rarely repurchase cleansers, and I'm coming back for my 4th jar of this.

I love cleansing balm and this one works just as good and maybe better than the more expensive brands.

I love this stuff. Removes waterproof mascara and other makeup. Face feels super soft and moisturized. Doesn’t clog pores and leaves my face feeling fresh. I’ve gotten the pricey, trendy oil/ cleanser , but this still beats that and the price is affordable. I will definitely keep buying this instead. Edit: still a great product, but the second batch smells a little bit different. Not terrible but not as clean/ fresh smelling as the first. Not sure what changed.

This make up remover is by far the best I have used. I have repeated ordered for myself as well as gifts for others. It removes make up completely and washes off easily without leaving a grease film, and does not cause any skin issues. Leaves skin feeling hydrated and thoroughly clean. Would highly recommend.

Definitely works to clean all makeup off! It does have a light lemongrass scent but it doesn't linger once rinsed. Easily takes off my spf BB cream and tubing mascara. First time I used it I checked with a clean white cotton makeup round to see if there was any residual makeup left behind after just this product, no 2nd wash, and there was not a thing!

Has an "off" smell. Almost like grass and I am not talking about fresh cut grass outside. LOL. Maybe a cross of grass and hay. Odd but able to use it actually. It is effective I will say that.

At 52, I've found my skin has a whole new set of needs. Its dry in some areas, oily in others, doesn't want to let go of my foundation makeup and any mascara acts like waterproof on me (aka takes a small miracle to remove). I received a cleansing balm as a gift a couple of years ago and really loved the way it melted the makeup off but the price of most kept me from keeping up this new routine. I saw this product and read the reviews. I figured what the heck, at this price, if it doesn't work as well, I'm not out much. Well, it works just as well as the expensive stuff! The scent isn't overpowering and is pleasant. It removes my stubborn makeup (I use the full coverage, need a chisel to get it off type of foundation) and doesn't leave my skin overly dry or overly oily. I do have to use just a bit more than I have with the other brands but not enough that it cancels out the cost savings. I will be keeping this in my facial routine from now on.
