I really love this one
Every morning and evening I write down on my gratitude journal and the good thing is even if you don’t have that much time it’s short and easy to write down what you want to.

Its a very good product, but the only difference is that it does not explain and show how to use it. But if you are already using it, and know how to use it, then it is totally worth it.
