I’ve been using Happy Gut by Cosmix for a few weeks now, and I can feel a visible difference in my digestion and bloating. It has a mild, earthy taste, but blends well in warm water or smoothies. Though the price is bit more but product is effective

For a really long time I have suffered with gut issues (IBS, flatulence, diarrohea, constipation). Tried a lot of things, medically as well as holistically. Saw the add in instagram and purchased the product. I was very cynical at first given the price on the steeper side what if doesnt work. I have used it for a month now. And I love it. The taste is really really bad but I have made it a habit and take it once before going to bed. My gut health has improved immensely (obvs I have started incorporating exercise as well and try eat healthy). This is One product that I think I will go back to again & again. Thank you Cosmix health. Just keep the end motto in mind always and I hope you are here for a long haul.

I got “My happy gut” twice in 2 years. And i observed that my periods got delayed. I am usually not a person who misses a period but incorporating this product in my daily routine messes with my cycle somehow. Iam not sure about the science behind it. But since I didn’t see anyone report this ,i would like to leave this review in case it helps anyone else.

A nice product that helps to boost your metabolism and prevent bloating. Not a great taste but results are effective.price on the higher side for the given quantity. Mix it with warm water and mix well to avoid forming lumps.
