28.11.2023. Recharging works well and as described. It's very convenient. I found the supplied silicon rubber ear buds particularly uncomfortable, having to take them out frequently for an itch. For me this problem was completely solved by a set of memory foam ear buds (from Amazon). These are comfortable and I soon started wearing them all day. Do check carefully that you get the right size of memory foam replacement ear buds (the sales images often include diameters in mm). Memory foam ear buds for me: give improved retention in the ear, help block room noise better by improved sealing to the ear channel, and likewise minimise the problem of feedback, so preventing "hearing aid squeals". Another thing I like is the informative display. This shows the charge % of the battery in the case, and also indicates the charging state of the cells in the earphones during their charging. The case is charged by a short USB lead (supplied) and holds plenty of charge for days of use. The earphones snap into their positions in the case, simultaneously making contact for charging. All aspects of quality are better than the regular NHS hearing aids

Very uncomfortable in ear despite changing the earpiece size and they don’t fit comfortably in my ear which causes very sore ear canals, they need to be smaller to fit completely in. Interference from earrings or hair even when eating or outside in the windy conditions disrupting the microphone , it also magnifies every sound in my body-bones creaking, breathing heartbeat and footsteps etc twice as loud. Sound and talking is robotic and not natural or crystal clear. Not noise cancelling either and made tinnitus worse. Constantly whistling and hissing. Have to remove them to make calls on the phone too . The volume switch is too fiddly and cannot see clearly which way to turn it higher or lower. Should have a switch for the tinnitus white noise- whether you want it on or not. Not worth the money and too expensive.thrown in bin as Amazon won’t accept returns or issue refund. Complete waste of money. Update, this device has now permanently damaged my hearing . Avoid

Didn’t work for me I’m afraid. Right one kept whistling Left one when I removed it from my ear left the soft bud stuck in my ear. Great my wife had a pair of tweezers handy.

Great they arrived a day earlier than expected but the actual hearing aid feels like it's a little to long from eardrum to where it should be sitting on the ear lobe. As a wearer of invisible hearing aids I think a couple of mm shorter would of fitted perfectly. Other than the fitting they are great and amplify the sound better than my last pair from a different brand. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to hear better! I'm happy with my order thank you!

Ik had een setje gekocht en ik moet toegeven dat deze goed werkten tot na een dag of 3 er eentje het niet meer deed. Ik heb deze inmiddels terug gestuurd en geld terug garantie, maar ik heb direct een nieuwe set besteld in de hoop dat er nu niets mis gaat met deze aankoop.
