Very easy to disassemble and put back together; first thing I checked. Very easy to install. Seems perfect for my pet Green Crab Larry's 20 gallon saltwater tank. I really like the multiple filter elements combined with the UV and the decent number of ceramic balls for bacteria to set up house. I decided to set it up with the water level mark just below the surface so the long bar (pictured), with the multiple discharges causes bubbles to add oxygen without it being a hurricane tidal wave of water crashing into the tank like some filters. Reasonable price also compared to others at the stores locally with very fast delivery.

Cleared up my tank in about a week. This filter is awesome, works well and isnt hard to clean once you know how to take it apart. Definitely gonna use it for my next tank as well

For my overstocked tank its good, for adding oxygen and helping with algae control and bio filter.power is good, helps my surface floaters to stay at the corner. UV is tiny 3 watt should be 5. for algae.changed bio balls to matrix. sponge cleaners do an ok job.price is good for purpose in the mid 20's. good for small tanks , but as a helper for a 55g it does the job.I use this in conjuction with 2 aquaclear 50s , that handle the main filtration in my 55g and 75g.overall , better to get a lower model canister filter for the purpose.suction cups are not strong enough as the item steers towards the spray bar.overall, it does work well enough. Could be good for a 29g with a sponge filter in tandem.

Only lasted a few months. Despite this, customer service reached out to me, and offered a refund. Even though it didn’t last long, the customer service is very good. Hopefully they fix the issues with this product, because it was good until it stopped working.

Very easy to put together, was a bit bigger than I expected but that just upped the value for the price, there is absolutely no sound you can't even tell it's running. I bought it for a three and a half gallon and while it did take up a lot of room I made it work and my green water turned clear. It's now comfortably in a 10 gallon doing a wonderful job. The only thing it needed was a bit of work in the filter "sponge" area, what came with it was just a course big sponge so I cut it down enough to be able to fit floss in there so it actually catches smaller debris.... other than that it's perfect and I would buy it again, I would recommend this filter! 👍

UPDATE:2nd one arrived yesterday and THIS ONE WAS FILTHY TOO. Since we’re desperate at this point, we had to clean and sanitize it the best we could. It’s working, but who knows for how long or if we just introduced crap into our established tank…Didn’t even get to try it- received a dirty sandy used one. Our filter went out and we ordered this next day to make sure our fish didn’t die, and now we have to wait two more days. Luckily we have an aerator to use in the meantime. But really, check the box and see if it’s new or not. I can’t introduce unknown bacteria/algae/etc into an established tank.Will update once the NEW one is sent.
