FABRE COFFEE MAKER
I bough this item with great expectations but on the contrary it doused my result. I tried all sorts of combinations but could never get thick decoction which we normally get out of traditional filter coffee decoction filter.

Delivery of damaged product
It was highly recommended to me but a damaged product with crack in water storage area got delivered to us. Amazon and vendor has to do a better QC.

The substitute has to be checked before despatch.
Even the substituted item is defective.The filter holder is loose and comes out every time coffee powder is to be changed.Unhappily I have to request you to substitute the filter.
