Yo lo echo en el bidĂłn de la bicicleta y tengo energĂa de sobra para 2 horas a buen ritmo. Se notan mucho los efectos. El sabor es muy agradable y nada dulzĂłn. Personalmente he notado que se digiere mejor y da mejores resultados bebiĂ©ndolo a pequeños sorbos durante la actividad. Un producto genial . VolverĂ© a repetir sin duda
