Sturdy for kids room
It was a good size for my grandson, who is 10. So far he is very happy with it. Dimensions are as stated. He sleeps pretty close to his ceiling now, which he doesn't mind, but I think I would have wanted to use this in a room with higher than 8ft ceilings. But the kids love the adventure of the bunk bed and I like the sturdiness of the stairs on the side better than a ladder. He really likes the desk underneath for his gaming equipment. His friends gather under there gaming sessions.

Decent but feels weak
Very shaky. My 6 year old likes it but it feels like something I'll have to replace in a couple years.
