I am an avid hiker, so I do take supplements to help replace vitamins & minerals lost when I am on the trail (I tend to eat quick and easy which doesn't always mean healthy). This is the first Zinc supplement that I have ever taken and after a lot of research chose this brand due to it being RAW and organic. I love that it boosts the immune system since I am outside a lot and we are in the middle of flu season. However, the biggest benefit I have noticed is an increase in energy.

Great vitamin made from whole food!!
These vitamins are great not only because they are made from whole foods (which maximizes absorption in the body), but also because the company that makes them gives back! Message from the seller: “Every time you purchase a Peak Performance product we match you and (through our partnership with the Nonprofit Vitamin Angels) we supply vitamins for 1 year to a child at risk of malnutrition.” Will definitely be buying these again!

Feeling great!
About an hour after I took one pill I felt GREAT! I was feeling sluggish and down this past week and I noticed a difference after taking one. Love it!! The bottle is small for the price but ya know it’s worth it. :)
