I’ve been using this liver detox formula for a few weeks now, and while I appreciate the clean ingredient list—milk thistle, dandelion root, turmeric, and more—I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes. The capsules are easy to take and didn’t cause any side effects, which is a plus. I also like that it’s non-GMO and vegetarian-friendly. That said, the effects felt mild at best. I was hoping for a noticeable boost in energy or digestion, but it’s hard to tell if it’s making a real difference. It might work better over a longer period or for someone with more specific liver concerns. Overall, it’s a decent product, but not a standout for me.

I suddenly gained 13 pounds in 3 days due to a sudden edema flare from fibromyalgia. I was looking for natural remedies and saw this had many of the herbs, etc, that would help. I took a detox dose of this (more than their suggestion due to medical advice given) and within 3 days the swelling was significantly lower and I lost 14 pounds. I'm not suggesting this for weight loss in general, but that sudden jump from edema was gone in 3 days. This worked insanely well. Be sure to take with some protein and fat or you will feel a bit weird in the head due to the nature of the herbs. I highly recommend this!
