Great book with practical techniques for applying Grigori Grabovoi's number sequences to the world around us. This book has Illustrations of the techniques! You don't understand how long I have looked for visual representations of these techniques!This book gives some of the exercises for the work of the SVET Centre and Grigori Grabovoi. The exercises are great templates for applying other number sequences, for any outcome. If you do not have the numbers, I would also consider buying other books by grabovoi that contain the number sequences.But this is a great read into the method still, especially for us in the western world, where this information and discipline just doesn't exist.

This book is basically an advert for a course that no longer seems to be run anymore. Also ties you into needing to purchase another book for the relevant numbers. Stay away!

This s a nice book, which presents exercises that are easy to be done. The visualisation shows how to request things and attract them in our life, also how we can be balanced and heal our body.

I would definitely recommend this book. A good place to start with the techniques.
