I was initially putting off getting inserts as I wasn’t sure they were worth the extra cost and didn’t think they would make much difference. I was wrong. These are great! 2 sets (4 flanges) for just a bit over a fiver. They are very substantial (surprisingly so given they are 21mm for a 24mm shield, so don’t have much space to play with) and comfortable. They slot into my pump (Elvie Stride) very easily and sit flush. They even have a little tab to help pull the flange back off the shield for cleaning. I had previously bought a multipack, but if you know your size these are a much better buy - in a multipack you’ll only end up using one set of four or five as the others won’t fit. This way I get 4 usable flanges for half the price of any other sets, and they are much better quality. They have made pumping more comfortable and significantly increased my yield.
