These are so comfortable that forgetting they are in is the biggest issue.
I would recommend these to anyone that is looking to buy a pair of hearing aids. I bought them for my mom after she tried a number of the $200-$500 pairs and she loves the Sennheiser All-Day Slim Hearing Aids. She wears these every day, all day. After 5 months of daily use the biggest issue she still has is forgetting they are still in before a shower. It is so bad that it has become a running joke. According to her, the only reason she remembers to take them out is that she can hear the water too well. She is a frugal person, but after numerous attempts to find ones that work from all the online brands and a local hearing aid specialist I suggested we get her a pair of these to try. I have had Sennheiser products in the past and they were always great, so when I saw these I was excited. They are expensive, but worth the price because they are far cheaper than the few thousand dollars for a professionally fitted par. She wears glasses and was concerned about the comfort of the behind the ear style, but they work great with her glasses and don't fall out (she is extremely active). I was worried that as the household IT person I would constantly be fiddling with the app for her, but it is intuitive enough that she adjusts them as needed from her phone. Even though you can get them fitted professionally, we found it easy enough to do at home. A great feature that is often overlooked is that they are Bluetooth, so she can answer calls, listen to music and watch videos all from the hearing aids. The battery lasts all day and they are not heavy or overly large. She says that they have great sound for both hearing local noises and sounds from the Bluetooth connection. The only real negative is the price, but we found them on sale and it was a no brainer. In fact she has been watching for another sale to get a backup pair in case she accidentally does forget to take them out. She is constantly telling her friends "no, I am on my hearing aids and they are wonderful, you should try these as well" and she is constantly thanking me for getting them. They have truly been a quality of life improvement for her and us because she can hear us (especially her grandchildren that talk quietly) clearly and doesn't have to guess what we said. All in all they are a solid recommendation from me and my mom.

Hard to find wax guards.
They took a little while to get used to since I’ve never worn hearing aids before. Sometimes it feels like I’m putting my fingers in my ears. I do have to frequently recalibrate them, usually about every 3 weeks. I do change the wax guards about once a month as recommended. However they only come with 10. One for each ear is 5 months. I can not find the replacement for them on Amazon. So I contacted Sennheiser directly. They are out of stock. No idea when they’ll be back in stock. They are supposed to notify me when they are back in stock. I am now questioning my purchase since I can’t get a wax guard that helps with the hearing. Perhaps I should have purchased something from Amazon that also sells replacement parts.

Returned
I'm so disappointed in these hearing aids. I loved the sound, they were easy to connect to my phone and the price wasn't as bad as my older aids. I've worn hearing aids for 40 years, so I know good quality in sound, these were awesome. My disappointment is in the battery recharging connection. One side was troublesome for the 4 days I used them. It would start to charge and then would stop. This morning was the last straw, I went to put them in and one side was green and the other side red. No charging. It's too bad because the sound was so natural for me.

Effective but not efficient
First off, the unboxing was simple and standard. The box was secure and well-packaged. It comes with a Type-C to attach to the base for charging, and a separate travel case. The app was easy to download and pair the aids. On to the good vs. bad-The good was sound quality. They paired with an apple device and worked relatively seamlessly. Some times it wouldn't connect and on their own, with normal handset use, they did not amplify sound. The true bad, and real disappointment was size and fit. They proved to be uncomfortable after a short time, and were more bulky than a similarly priced brand. Unfortunately, they will get limited use. For the price, they should be thinner, and more secure-this was using the smallest available mold.
