Very good works well for my stomach and has gotten my levels down, easy to swallow and not nasty. Great for the price for two.

Amazing product. I've already purchased this over 12 times (not including the smaller bottles) as I stand by the effects I receive which is worth the price, which is also surprisingly affordable. Most day's I experience an improved mood, energy and better focus that it even leaves me feeling a bit surprised of it all. It's been a great addition to my workout routine or just daily living with managing stress.

Product does what it says it will. Only issue was the multiple delays in delivery due to Amazon.

My husband adds this to his coffee in the morning to help with stress. It seems to help and he wants to continue taking it.

This brand has quality ingredients, taste and effectiveness. My husband takes a few of their supplements this being one of them. I add this to his coffee every morning for a boost of energy, mood stabilization (which helps his focus) and testosterone support. I’m already on my third bottle and his quality of life has drastically improved. You can drink it on its own but my hubby is finicky so it’s better to put in his coffee and it doesn’t change the taste of his coffee

This is my first time using a Maca Ashwagandha supplement, but I was interested in trying it for help dealing with stress and anxiety. I'm hoping that if it *can* it will also result in my blood pressure evening out. Since I haven't experienced any side effects from taking this, I'd prefer to go this route, if it works for me, versus taking synthetic meds (which I've already tried) with intolerable side effects. As with any supplement, work with your doctor to decide what's right for you, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are already taking prescription medications to make sure their effects aren't either amplified or reduced by supplements you're taking. The tincture is of exceptional quality and doesn't use alcohol, which I personally prefer. The glycerin gives it a slightly sweet taste and it's easy to get it down. If you don't like the flavor, you can mix it into juice, a smoothie, or a tea. While the tincture is high quality, I do wish that the dropper in the bottle had a dosage line, because "one bulb squeeze" may vary from user to user. I use a tincture from another brand, and the dropper has lines on it to make dosing more straightforward. I'd like to see this company do something similar. That's my only *minor* complaint. The product is made in the US and is third-party lab tested which is an absolute must when buying these types of products since the FDA doesn't regulate them and quality and efficacy across different brands have been shown to be disappointing and even outright misleading, so I was happy to see that Wild & Organic backs up their product with independent testing and is GMO and preservative-free. I've purchased several different tinctures from this brand and all have been the same high quality, so I will continue to purchase them.

Pretty good, it's ok.... I like that this ashwagandha has maca in it.... If there was something I could change though it would be the dropper needing to be completely full and the dosage amount.... I find myself not using it very often when I have to add it to water. I think I like the one from Mary Ruth's organics better, even though that one doesn't have the maca in it. I will probably go back to using that because the taste of that one is amazing (tastes like honey) and you don't even need water. You can drop it into your mouth.
