This multi pack of 6 tubs of Horlick light taste great.You just have to add boiling water.Probably not as smooth & rich as the add milk variety but a worthy substitute.

I have been using this product for over 20 years during which time it has had several diffent names, until it reached its current name of Horlicks Instant. As a nightcap I don't think that it can be beaten. It has the same milky taste as Horlicks Regular. Both products are the same price. However, with Horlicks Instant there is a huge saving as instead of adding hot milk, hot water is used thereby saving money on milk and the gas/electricity used to heat the milk. I sometimes use Horlicks Instant as a drink during the day instead of having a meal. All in all, I would say that Horlicks Instant is a winner.

I personally think that this drink tastes nothing like Horlick used to be. Just opened a jar and made myself a drink of Horlick and I must say I didn’t like the taste but that’s just me. I love Horlick but these jars are not for me.
