Adjustable weights in cue
It's not a bad cue it's still a bit light for me even with all weights on the cue if you like a cue that you can adjust the heaviness of a cue this is for you it's smooth comfortable and screw in butt extension

Extremely bowed.
The cue which I had delivered just the day before I took the video was extreemely bowed. Returned for refund and won't order a riley cue again.

The cue itself is ok but unfortunately I had to finish the lacquer on it as the bottom half was done but only half of the top section was done.

Brilliant
Bought as a gift, the recipient was very happy with the cue and likes the fact that it comes with a case, it's weight adjustable, and said it feels very nice to play snooker/pool with.

Cracked after ~2 months
The cue was great initially, I especially liked the Matt finish on the upper section and the variable weight system. However, even with light and careful use the tip has cracked after just over 2 months of use.
