A: Yes you could have the hinges at the top but the hatch would not operate as a door , only as a removable cover.

### ⭐ Flimsy saggy worst acesss panel

Very bad quality very flimsy saggy in the middle was ready to fit but due it been defective and been not stable had to remove and go and buy a decent one from Screwfix wasteing £30 pound and something that was the worst made I ever tried to fit only doing this so other people don't get caught out like I did
