The handle broke off the bag. The lunch bag after a couple uses the zipper gets stuck and starred ripping the interior. Another cheap and garbage quality China made product and of course no warranty and no one owns up to the quality of their products. I bought this cause I thought with the brand it was going to last more than the year of what I get out of other no name bags boy was I wrong.

Love love love this backpack. It’s so cute and girly, not to mention the material is thick and appears to be sturdy. Washed it a couple times because the color gets dirty easily and so far there’s no torn on the bag. Highly recommended
