Amazing! Tried multiple brands. Finally found this. Very comfortable

I ordered these flanges upon the recommendation of a lactation consultant when I was struggling to get my letdown to respond to a particular type of new pump (BabyBuddha). I also have elastic nipples that get completed sucked in too far to most flange types. They were textbook perfect fit on me (I was certain of the size and had been fitted/measured before ordering) and worked extraordinarily well for me for many months in my pumping journey. I used them every day, several times a day for months and they never failed me. I'm weaned now, but I will likely buy more sets with future children. One thing to note: the large surface area makes it challenging to fit inside certain types of nursing bras with smaller openings--account for this accordingly to prevent tears...you may need to buy a different type of bra.

My lactation consultant measured me as a 16 so I got this My size exactly I went form pumping with a 27,24 and 21 to a 16-17 and I get WAY more milk went from barley 2 oz to 5-6 oz it cracked easily when I was cleaning Works on Medela harmony & in style pumps

I almost gave up completely on pumping but my lactation consultant resized me and recommended these. Things have been going much better! Good quality and easy to wash/keep clean

Decided on the pano series due to the angle of the flange as a very busty mom (H/I-cup) and I wish I had done it sooner. After measuring myself I knew I need to invest and these have helped tremendously. I have a letdown quickly with these and my sessions are so much more pleasant now. The box also includes a measuring tool you can cut out which is very helpful if you're still unsure of your size.

the 28mm flanges fit the medals hand pump just fine. they’re comfortable and give great output.

Maymom is a highly recommended brand but other than the size of these flanges, I don't care for them. I appreciate that the cup size is large enough to hold a good portion of my breasts, but this also makes it harder to pack and travel with them because of their bigger size. Also, the functionality of the connector is terrible. Initially, I didn't care about it, but it definitely is a hassle to clean when there are other flanges that don't have that random dip. It also has good weight to it, because I found my pumps falling when I connected them (if I didn't have any milk in them). Overall, these flanges are overrated.

Ordered to use with my rented Medela Symphony as the description states it is compatible. It is not. The tubing doesn’t fit the adapter so ultimately this is a complete waste of money. Cannot contact seller or request refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

Très déçue de cet article qui n'offre pas une bonne étanchéité. L'air passe pendant le tirage et donc l'aspiration est considérablement affaiblie. Je ne peux pas tirer correctement mon lait avec cette téterelle.

Cette téterelle est très confortable grâce à son contour en silicone souple, et elle est parfaitement adaptée aux fortes poitrines. Elle est compatible avec tous les tire-lait hospitaliers, à condition de posséder le connecteur spécifique. Un excellent produit pour améliorer le confort du tirage.
