Secrets of the Tribe Grape Seed Tincture Alcohol-Free Liquid Extract, Grape (Vitis Vinifera) Dried Seed (2 FL OZ)

This is a real review by a real person (check my other reviews) who has nothing to do with the company and has never excepted any payment or product for this review. No that that's out of the way... There are official studies from .gov websites where their research had found you only absorb about 10-20% of regular vitamins in pill form, but you absorb more than 90% in liquid form. That's a huge difference. I switched my vitamins to liquid a while back and it's made an amazing difference. Just be really careful if you do this to find vitamins that do NOT contain pesticides since vitamins are very, very concentrated. It is also so hard to find liquid vitamins without potassium sorbate (even the organic ones) and this has none of it! It's a preservative that is known to cause migraines, allergies, hyperkalemia, and is dangerous for people with kidney problems (hello high blood pressure or diabetes) due to the the excess of potassium. Many people don't know that this preservative is in most liquid vitamins to make them last longer. The product is extracted using natural glycerin instead of alcohol. It's sugar fee but natural glycerin has a sweet taste and is safe for diabetics. It also doesn't need to be refrigerated as long as you don't keep it in a hot place or in a window. You probably already know about grape seed extract if you are reading this but just in case for some, here are some of the benefits: * It helps to manage high blood pressure levels and decreases the risk for heart or kidney disease. Mine has come down significantly. A lot of people take it for this reason. * It is a very powerful antioxidant that destroys free radicals. * It helps with bone formation and strength (i.e. if you have weak joints). It also promotes faster healing. * Helps with diabetes especially if combined with exercise. * Helps with oral health and can help prevent cavities and tooth decay. * It's naturally antiviral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-allergic. * Helps prevent yeast infections. I just add it to my liquid vitamin I take already. You can also just squeeze the dropper into your mouth and wash down with a little water or just mix it with some juice or water. I researched this for a while to find one that also did independent testing for heavy metals and pesticides. It contains no genetically modified ingredients, and it contains no preservatives or unhealthy chemicals. I have been extremely happy with this purchase and find. I can already tell and feel the effects of taking this everyday. TIP: If you take this, take it every single day and don't skip around. You'll be able to tell the difference in about 1-3 weeks. Keep at it and stay dedicated! It's worth it. There aren't a lot of reviews (yet) so I hope this helps others. It's a high quality product that is light years better and more powerful than the capsules.

Use this product a few times a week! Tastes good when mixed with water and is easy to use!

Good value - hopefully it works

Use this every day during the school year to evade stomach issues. So far, so good! Also, taste is nonexistent. I mix it in my morning wellness blend with oj, tart cherry juice, pinch of salt and coconut water.
