Paxo Golden Breadcrumbs 6 x 227g

You can't go wrong with Paxo golden breadcrumbs. Ideal for coating meats particularly fish and chicken. In our part of the country we have a dish called 'parmo', usually made with chicken but I have used pheasant breast in the past which adds a new dimension to this particular dish. I intend to make pigeon parmo (pigmo?) in the near future and the Paxo breadcrumbs are certainly better than the other white ones I have used previously (which were all I could find locally). Later in the year there will be more pheasant parmos being made here. A good way to get fussy kids eating free range, sustainably harvested, low fat, organic meat.

Just as good as I hoped

The product is fine. But the packaging worst ive ever seen. The box was broken. The inside of the box had bits of old cardboard tucked round the product. Clearly useless as the outer box was holed. Not good enough.
