Not as expected and item does not stand easily on its own.

I had high hopes for these. They were a surprise gift for my son. He was surprised, just not in a good way. The concept was a unique idea. The execution of the product, not so much. The quality is sub par. They are much smaller than they look in pictures, like a lot. The characters don’t stay in place the way they are designed. While trying to get one to stay put, its foot broke off completely. Basically useless now. Also, parts of the characters head/body was missing patches of paint or whatever they used to add color. Disappointed.

First things first, RNG failed me big time. I was hoping in getting Maki and Nobara, but alas, I was not so lucky. Now onto the review itself. This brings not 1, but 2 blind boxes that comes prepackaged from the getgo, so more than likely its already set with what characters are inside as a pair for the anime/manga hit show, Jujutsu Kaisen. There's 8 characters to collect; Yuuji, Megumi, Nobara, Gojo, Maki, Panda, Toge, and Nanami. Each box contains "4" packages. The envelope I'm not too sure what's the significance of it. The little charm, I'm assuming can be used for a Christmas Ornament or something. Not entirely too sure since there's no instructions besides some images of an origami like thing that can be made from the envelope. The other 3 packages (marked as 2, 3, 4). Package 2 brings the figure, 3 brings the background and name plate, 4 brings the misc things. The quality of the figures is pretty good for the price. The misc stuff could get some work done. Struggled a bit putting in the blood-flash on the plate as well as the "smoke" for Yuuji's side of things. Nanami's stuff wasn't too much of a struggle besides the "swords" on the ground gave me a bit of a struggle, but it wasn't as bad as Yuuji's things. Overall, the blind box was a nice and fun thing to unbox (despite not getting the 2 characters I wanted, but thats ok). I think 13.50 bucks per figure might be a tad much, even though it is officially licensed by Crunchyroll. By no means am I saying it should be a lot less. I think a reasonable price should be 10.99 per figure, bringing the twin blind box up to $22, versus the $27 price tag. Despite that, I still recommend the item.

Arrived safely but box really dented, luckily inside the boxes intact except 2-3 box ripped a bit. Inside seems good. Need better packaging. Too many repeat tho. Got 4 nanami, 3 yuuji, 1 megumi. 😭
