This product came with great as expected, very rugged phone, works amaing, great camera resolution beautiful pictures and HD video, excellent sound during video and phone calls. If you're looking for a Satillite phone this is a great buy. Yes, I recommend it. Last point It comes with a rugged case no need to buy an additional case for the phone, you get a USB C cable.

I purchased this phone paying full price (over $600 US) It's been riddled with issues and now it just intermittently has UI errors and shuts down. We use this phone to monitor my husband's glucose. The vendor refuses to send a replacement phone. They want us to send it back and WAIT for another phone or buy a replacement phone. Won't be using this vendor EVER.

Durable

After a good few months with this phone, I simply can't recommend it. As far as I can tell the satellite capability is entirely moot as Bullitt, the manufacturer Cat contracted to make these phones, is now defunct. No company, no satellites, no service. The phone itself is... Questionable as well. The CPU is overwhelmed by the simplest tasks, it can't reliably play audio through Bluetooth (dropping connection, spotty connection, and occasionally crashing the system UI when connecting in the first place). The camera is almost simply not great, and definitely a downgrade from the S62 in that regard. As I mentioned in my original review, it also has an obnoxious camera bump on a phone maybe twice the thickness of a regular phone. All that said, it's still just as durable as the S62 and has a good amount of storage space. It's just that everything else seems like a straight downgrade. Maybe I just got a lemon, but frankly if I could back I would have just gone with a Samsung in a solid case. At least people actually make cases for Samsung phones.

Baja usabilidad, tiene un borde en la pantalla que molesta al tacto y lo hace aun mas grueso. El boton de apagado por encima del volumen al revés que la mayoria y ademas con una mano te queda muy lejos, és un mòbil muy largo y un poco pesado. Ademas me entere que la empresa que lo fabrica y comercializa quebro en 2024, por lo que no hay soporte ni servicio de mantenimiento. Me encantan los moviles CAT, tuve un S52 que fue de maravilla pero ya no seguiré.
