No steam! But a great dry iron. Smooth base plate, light weight, heats up fast. Got it for melting on edge banding and works perfect for that too.

Considering all steam irons can be used as dry irons too, why would you buy this? The nonstick coating is rough and won’t glide on natural fibres and it scratched within one to two uses (on soft normal fabrics!), the iron is tiny and TOO light meaning it puts no weight on the clothes making ironing a chore. I guess it’s a nice design and Tefal is a good brand but the cons far outweigh the pros and it’s far too expensive. This is basically a travel iron and should be around £10.99. Just buy a basic steam iron and switch it to no steam mode for a decent dry iron! It’s also shipped with a massive European plug adaptor which is almost comical.

The iron works and because its a dry iron a family member suffering from memory issues doesn't get mixed up so.....? Its a bit light but as we get older that is a help. Worth the money and it was available both good reasons to buy.

Great little iron, very easy to use. I have never used a steam iron and this was one of only two or three dry irons on Amazon, so there wasn’t much choice, but I am pleased with it. I like that there aren’t loads of complicated settings, just minimum to maximum heat.

Cheap replacement but ironing plate marked up very quickly and will not clean.
